You receive a detailed document showing: Total revenue generated, VAT deduction, Bolt commission, Company share, Your salary (50% share), and any extra payments or deductions.
Salary is paid on the 2nd or latest 3rd of each month. Payments are always on time with no delays.
Company phone provided for Bolt operations and communication. No cost to the driver.
If applicable, garage parking costs are covered by the company with no deductions from salary.
All deductions are clearly documented. No hidden fees or unclear charges ever.
