Before working with Mardan Management AB, every driver must understand the rules, responsibilities, and reporting requirements. These rules protect both the driver and the company.

Swedish traffic laws must be followed at all times.
Drivers must act professionally and maintain the reputation of the company.
Drivers must perform time report before and after each shift.
This is legally required for the company's traffic license.
Each vehicle has a logbook.
When all pages are completed, submit it to the company.
A new logbook will be given immediately.
Driver Responsible (negligence, careless driving): Insurance deductible must be paid by the driver.
Not Driver's Fault (weather, ice, storm, road conditions): Company covers the deductible. Driver is not responsible.
Drivers must keep cars clean inside and outside.
Smoking inside cars is strictly prohibited.
Any damages must be reported immediately.
